044R fit perfectly. Sleeve right around 34". No alteration needed and the blue buttons add a nice touch. Wore with a boater, navy bow tie, and white bucks for a June wedding in the southern US and this jacket and the matching blue Seersucker pants were a hit and helped keep things cool in the 95 F heat.
