3The pants are comfortable and made of great fabric. The pockets are deep enough for all my belongings and are a great alternative for daily pants. I cant wait for my next set

How could the size exchange be worse instead of better? I asked for a size change from 36 waist to a 38 (larger size) but evidently received a pair that is mismarked (?). my husband could not even fasten the pair we received! The Texas winter will be over by the time we get this problem resolved. What a disappointment! Please let me know what I should do at this point. Return item? Original bag is not availble. The order # is 1369176, according to the invoice. My customer # seems to be 834361. Please return instructions via email, as soon as possible. I do NOT wish to receive messages from other customers!
