DHL was severely delayed in delivering a jacket I ordered to wear for a special event. Peter Christian sent another for via UPS and I had the jacket to wear for the event. The package shipped with DHL finally arrived after 16 days in transit and Peter Christian gave me full credit on the return. They have outstanding customer support.
