There is nothing I can tell you to improve your service to customers. It is very good and complete. I might make one suggestion. Some of your customers are old guys like me. My brain doesn't think as fast as it did when I was young. Maybe, if you could speak a little slower on the phone you could get fewer "say again". Thanks for the great service and clothing.
